Departure for the Chongoyape Natural Refuge, heading to the Tinajones Reserve; Where we will pass through the villages of Pomalca, Turnan and Potape.
10:00 a.m .: Chaparrí Reserve, in this reserve we will be able to observe animals like the Spectacled Bear, the Guanaco, the aliblanca Pava, the Coastal Zorro, the Pita de Tumbes and the Andean Condor. One of the most beautiful wildlife preservation sites is Chaparrí, which is a Private Ecological Reserve located in the community of Santa Catalina in the city of Chongoyape, 62 km west of Chiclayo. Chaparrí is a private conservation area of ​​34, 412 hectares that is owned and managed by a peasant community and is located in the dry forests of the north. The reserve is one of the best protected areas for dry forests and is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including many endemic and endangered species.
